Just want topoint out that Ireserve top ratings for what Ifeel isthe ultimate sodo not take any 4star ratings asa negative inanyway. Ihave now dined atTexas Roadhouse inPA andCO. Ihad two different entries and enjoyed both. There was alengthy wait tobe seated and itwas alittle more packed than Iam usually 100% okay with but Ifeel that that points more tothe popularity and taken asa positive asopposed tomy own personal misgivings. Plan toarrive before you are starvingand ifyou want 'intimate' Iwould point you elsewhere. But ifyou don't mind await, being surrounded and want polite/friendly service and delicious food..it isdefinitely worthit.… – show

Dinner was lovely! Jasymn (sorry onspelling!) was really wonderful with the mix upwith our table, food was great and the wait was only about anhour ona Saturday right atdinner time. Wonderful wonderful.

This isthe second visit. The first visit served was the raw chicken and allergen entree and asked ifwe could just remove the shellfish!!! The second and final visit waited 45minutes, and they forgot toput the orderin, and when itfinally arrived, itwas completely wrong!!! I'm done with this place. Iwas given coupons for areturn,umm, I'm not returning.

Our first trip here the waitress brought out the wrong food and the chicken wasraw. This time the waitress forgot toput inour order, was atleast honest but didn't even get usthe correct order. Our nephew ordered aNew York Strip with onions, instead hegot asteak and shrimp. Heis allergic toshellfish.
We spent 45minutes atthe table with noacknowledgement from any employee. Most onthe sides texting and chatting. Weare unsure ifwe will beback aswe didn't feel the welcome orthe vibes from Texas Roadhouse…… – show00

The server was very attentive, and the food delicious. Weate from the lunch menu (6ozsirloin and chicken fried steak). Wealso had the combo appetizer which was great.

Always have agreat time, and love the food. Tonight wealso had asuper awesome waitress Christine. She had refills ready onsodas and rolls before wenoticed weneeded them, she was sincerely optimistic and just had agreat attitude all around. People like her keep mecoming back. Thanks Christine!!!

just can’t get out ofmy head how bad myexperience was atthe restaurant Iwaited ahour for mytable tobe ready which isokay and fine but once Igo upto besited they told meto wait afew minutes and Idid but then 20mins goes byand they didn’t call myname? soI was just soconfused? and went back upto the host table and asked what happened and they gave mytable tosomeone else who had the same name asme? and Iwent and told the manager being respectful just tolet her know about theproblem soit doesn’t have tohappen toother people and she didn’t even seem tocare atall pretty much saying Iwas a“lair and that Idoubt you waited 20minutes” and that it’s aaccident and accidents happen didn’t get aim sorry oranything she made mefeel asif Ididn’t have any money and was trying toget adiscount ornot pay for the food which was never myintention. That’s was very unprofessional and didn’t make mefeel good about eating there again.… – show

Always abusy restaurant. Add yourself tothe waitlist via the app/website before you arrive. Busy isa good indication they are consistently popular. Myfilet wasn't asgood asusual this last visit, but that may have been aone-off situation.
