• 2 lb pkgs of traditional rope turkey sausage cut into half inch slices
• 7 potatoes peeled and cubed
• 60 oz green beans (4 – 15 oz cans)
• 21 oz cream of mushroom soup (2 – 10.5 oz cans)
• 1 small onion chopped
• salt & pepper to taste
• red pepper to taste

• Place your potatoes in the bottom of your 6 quart crock pot

• Top with your onion

• Drain your green beans, reserving the liquid for later

• Add drained green beans and sausage to your crock pot

• Mix your soups with your reserved green bean juice

• Pour the soup mixture in your crock pot

• Sprinkle with salt, pepper and red pepper

• Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. It is done when your potatoes are fork tender.
